We know that the task of remodeling can be very daunting.  There are many questions that you want answers to.   We understand that and  we’ll attempt to answer a few of them right now.

We want to make sure above all else that you get everything you want and expect from our services.  In order to do that we think it’s great to be up front about who we are, what we are offering and how much the cost of your remodel will be.  That way we can see if we are a good fit for one another.

Who We Are:

By now you probably know that we are a family owned business that has worked giving great services to homeowners in Northeast Missouri.  We may be new to the Springfield/Greater Springfield, MO Area but we are not without experience.  As a matter for fact we have been in the home industry for nearly 10 years now.  Our kids have literally grown up in our business.   We have stayed in business this long because we love the work, enjoy working with our clients and they enjoy having us come back to give them excellent quality service time and again.  Read more about us on our About page.

How much will your remodel cost?

That is a great question!  Prices depend of the following three things… on the materials you chose, depth or scope on the specific job desired and your personal budget.    These three topics will be  one of the first things we discuss when we chat over the phone when you call us.  We will ask lots of questions to be sure we get everything right about what you are looking for in both your remodel and a remodel specialist.

But for practical reasons today we want to just give you an idea of what room sizes, scope of work and what our remodeling material standards (from basic to high end) are that are used in all our renovations.   This will give you an idea about approximately what you can expect to pay for the remodel you want.  Numbers are based on previous work and are estimates for similar work done.  However, each project is unique and your final cost will reflect that.
